Discovery Chat’s are a great way for you to discover if Naturopathy is the right fit for you and how Tayla can help you and your health issues. We discuss your options and what a treatment plan could look like for you. This takes place via phone.

Your initial consultation will involve a 60-minute in-depth exploration of your presenting health and goals, including exploration of relevant body systems and symptoms, past medical history, family medical history, diet, and lifestyle habits to understand your unique self. This will allow us to identify and address the root cause of your presenting condition/s. This takes place via Zoom.

Your first Follow-up consultation will be booked as required depending on your unique goals. Additionally, we may wait to receive your pathology and/or functional test results, generally 2-5 weeks after your Initial Consultation. During this consultation we will go over your personalised treatment plan which has been formulated based on your test results, symptoms, health goals and scientific evidence. This takes place via Zoom.
