About Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic and evidence-based approach to wellness, that encompasses a variety of techniques in order to regain balance within the body. Food as Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Herbalism, Flower Essence Therapy, Iridology, Hydrotherapy and Forest Bathing are some of the tools in which Naturopaths use to uncover ones Vitality.
Naturopathy’s main philosophy is that the human body is seen as a whole system, not just a sum of its individual parts. We look at the underlying cause of your presenting health issue and connect the dots to aim for preventative health care and to avoid symptomatic treatments.
As Naturopaths our aim is to target health goals for our clients, using the Naturopathic Principles, primarily, the healing power of nature, doctor as teacher, treat the whole person and prevention. Naturopaths strongly believe that every person is unique and therefore will require a unique path to follow in order to achieve their health goals, whether that be overcoming a particular ailment or simply optimising their current health.
We work together on your particular needs through a comprehensive assessment of your current health status. This will involve a combination of reflecting on your health history and deep diving into your current diet and lifestyle with reference to any relevant functional and pathology testing.
This process will lead us to setting up a simple, sustainable and always unique treatment program, utilising Naturopathic techniques and tools to build back vitality and resilience in your unique system.

Tayla Lovering
Naturopath (BHSc)
Hi, I’m Tayla! I’m a BHSc qualified Naturopath with over 3 years experience supporting women in regaining their health! I’m hugely passionate about this area of healthcare as I find women’s health can be entirely overlooked and under supported. I want to help you regain your spark, take away the PMS, ongoing fatigue, heavy and painful periods, persistent gut issues and nervous system burnout! If this is you, you’ve found the right place.
Thanks for taking the time to find out a bit more about my background and what I can offer in the field of preventative Naturopathic Medicine.
I completed the first half of my degree in Adelaide after being born & raised on a farm on Kangaroo Island. It was growing up on the farm that stimulated my interest in the connection between quality grown food and low stress lifestyle practices that are fundamental for strong human health and longevity, often both missing in our modern, busy lifestyles. The more I learned throughout the course of my degree, the more it emphasised the real science behind true health, disease prevention and quality of life as we age.
I have a passion to help you wherever you may be in the world, to identify and clarify the missing pieces or blockages contributing to their current health. There is an individualised way to restore your health and keep yourself healthy within your busy and demanding life, we just need to support your unique case.
I’m excited to get started with you on your personal healing journey!
Warmly, Tayla
